Following the publication of Planning Policy Statement 25 (PPS25) and TAN 15 in Wales, there is a requirement for flooding to be taken into account at all stages of the planning process.
UCE undertakes flood risk assessments and prepares drainage strategy reports in line with PPS25 and TAN 15, to support planning applications and, where necessary, negotiates solutions with the relevant authorities.
Once a site has passed planning, we undertake detailed designs of the surface water and foul water drainage systems to adoptable standards and obtain quotes for their installation.
